SHELTER STRUCTURES
Shelter evokes a sense of protection and shielding providing respite in a safe haven. Structure can refer to a building, edifice, or construction, but it is also the arrangement of and relations between the parts or elements of something complex. The Shelter Structure series simultaneously plays with and subverts the concepts behind both terms—rendering sweeping vistas into intricate miniatures that while they may offer no shade or cover from a storm, incite the same desire to investigate and experience fully.
